Liberals and leftists are criticizing President Trump for tweeting that he felt like the impeachment process was a "lynching." Immediately the liberals, leftists, and the news media attacked him for comparing his situation to the violence against blacks.
Lynching is an evil practice, but there is also violence against whites and Hispanics who are beaten, robbed, and even killed by blacks in America. I have been a victim of beating and robbery by a black. The incident didn't make me vengeful against blacks, as historical racial violence has scared some blacks.
I have experienced discrimination in my life, and my family has experienced and witnessed racial violence. But we end racism by not being racist, and by not seeking political, economic, and social revenge.
Liberal and leftist blacks (and their allies) should not play the "victim card" always. Screaming "racist" at the drop of a hat, or word, or phrase cheapens the word for everyone who has experienced it.
Sadly, racism and discrimination against whites and Christians have become acceptable in today's America. The fact is that "affirmative action" is government-sanctioned racism and bigotry.
Furthermore, we cannot allow for the liberals/leftists to determine the meaning and acceptable use of words in society. The manipulation of words is the attempted control thinking and opinions by liberals/leftists. For example, liberals/leftists refuse to differentiate between legal and illegal immigration, and the news media plays along with the agenda.
Liberals/leftists conveniently forget how Maxine Waters and others have called for violence against conservatives and Republicans. Texas Democrat Congressman Al Green and other radical Democrats have never recognized the legitimacy of Trump’s election. Their impeachment actions appear to be an illegal legal mob action against the “will of the people.”
We also see how "feelings" matter more than facts to liberals/leftists. If is it acceptable for a man to be treated as a woman because he "feels" he is, why can't Trump "feel" like he is being lynched? Liberals/leftists will not allow criticism of someone who claims they feel "victimized," then why can they negate Trump's thoughts and feelings?
It has become tiresome for liberals/leftists to scream racism (or sexism) over anything they dislike. Racism and discrimination are real, and those words should not be treated lightly nor politicized for an agenda.
If President Trump feels like he is being "lynched" as per his definition, it doesn't mean he is demeaning the evil practice. Shouldn't we "validate" his feelings as we do others?
However, the real objective of the liberals/leftists protests against Trump using the word is to shame and silence him and all conservatives and Republicans. We cannot let them control our words, our thoughts, and opinions. We must preserve our freedoms, among them free speech and expression.
